Frequently Asked Question
Programs for Individuals
Are your programs only available to women?
Our women’s only programs provide a psychologically safe space that centres the voices and experiences of women (including trans-women and non-binary leaders). If you feel the program is right for you, you are welcome to join. We also have several programs that cater for all genders, this is indicated on the program snapshot of each program page.
How much time do your programs take?
Program durations vary based on the level and depth of the content. The duration of each program is listed on the brochure and web page for that program. We offer short courses starting at 90-minutes, and our comprehensive programs range from a few weeks to several months. Our programs are designed to be achievable alongside a full-time role. As a guide we ask that you allow approx. 1-2hrs per week for self-directed study.
Is there any pre-reading/pre-event tasks required?
Generally, our short courses don’t have any prior reading. Some of our more comprehensive leadership programs may include some pre-reading or tasks which need to be completed prior to your first workshop or webinar. If this is the case, we’ll email you with plenty of notice, explaining exactly what’s required.
Are your programs accredited?
We proudly deliver non-accredited leadership development programs that are designed to provide actionable skills that can be used immediately in the workplace. Non-accredited programs provide a more tailored solution that is responsive, can be delivered flexibly, and are often more cost effective.
